Playing with Play Silks at the Park

I've seen a lot of methods proposed by the crafty mommy bloggers for getting good photos of the kids with your handmade stuff, but the strategy that works best for me when I need to set up a photo shoot, such as this one for my Dharma Acid Dyes review over at Crafting a Green World, is to take the kids and the stuff to the park, then simply stand back and click my shutter a lot:

Seems to work well, yes?

I love the super long rainbow scarf on Syd! Looks fantastic :)

That, or your kids are just incredibly cooperative! The silk makes an amazing sari, BTW.

I'm now as addicted to play silks as the girls are--I keep checking out the Dharma site to fantasize about which new sizes I'm going to buy with my next paycheck. And I figure that as long as what I've made is a toy or a piece of clothing for the kids (which it always is, strangely enough...), the park method has me all set!
